Groundwater monitoring/evaluation
"We deliver cost-effective investigation approaches that balance cost and value while ensuring that the science is sound."
Groundwater modeling is a valuable tool for evaluating potential causes of groundwater impacts, to delineate the extent of apparent impacts, and to design effective remediation system.  By using sophisticated groundwater models, we simulate various groundwater systems and show the effects of advection, dispersion, dilution, and retardation of hazardous constituents and other chemicals of interest.  We routinely conduct modeling studies for to support additional investigation or remedial efforts.

Groundwater modeling is the final work product in an investigation or monitoring scheme, usually capping months or years of groundwater sampling and analysis.  JECSI also prepares the investigation work plans that may involve the installation of temporary or permanent groundwater wells, hydropunches, or drain sampling.  We deliver cost-effective investigation approaches that balance cost and value while ensuring that the science is sound.  We coordinate the design of wells and the distribution of those wells at a facility.  Additionally, JECSI is conducting periodic sampling of groundwater wells, usually quarterly or on a trimester basis.
